Healthy recipe: healthy oat cookies with nuts

Many people complain about the difficulties of finding  healthy snacks to eat mid-morning and afternoon. We will certainly end up visiting the nearby patisserie and eat one of these cakes full of sugar. Since I eat every 3 hours, I feel the need to find tasty and easy-to-take options at work every day, to keep my eating habits healthy. In this article, I bring you  healthy recipes of nuts cookies , all containing a common food: oats.

Oats are a great ally for those who play sports  and, as such, I decided to make  three healthy recipes  that you can add to your routine: oatmeal cookies with coconut and cashew , oatmeal cookies with almonds and cocoa, and oat cookies with hemp and banana seeds. All different and yet, all delicious. Enjoy them!

Oat cookies with coconut and cashew

Ingredients (for 7/8 cookies)

  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons  Prozis oatmeal
  • 1 C. tablespoon  of coconut flour
  • 1 organic egg
  • 1 C. tablespoons  butter Prozis cashews
  • 3 c. tablespoons  extra virgin coconut oil , melted
  • Grated coconut

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C
  2. Mix oatmeal and coconut flour
  3. Add the egg, cashew butter and coconut oil, then mix with a fork until smooth.
  4. Cover a baking sheet with baking paper. Place the mixture on it (measuring about one tablespoon per cookie), then, shape the cookies into a circle shape (or any other shape of your choice) using the hands or mussels
  5. Sprinkle with grated coconut, then flatten the cookies in the center with a spoon
  6. Cook for 15 minutes

Oat cookies with almonds and cocoa

Ingredients (for 7/8 cookies)

  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons  Prozis oatmeal
  • 1 C. raw cocoa powder
  • 1 organic egg
  • 1 C. tablespoon  of date syrup
  • 1 C. tablespoons  butter almond Prozis
  • 3 c. tablespoons  extra virgin coconut oil , melted
  • 1 tablespoon crushed cocoa beans

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C
  2. Mix oatmeal and raw cocoa powder
  3. Add the egg, almond butter, date syrup and coconut oil, then mix with a fork until smooth.
  4. Cover a baking sheet with baking paper. Place the mixture on it (measuring about one tablespoon per cookie), then, shape the cookies into a circle shape (or any other shape of your choice) using the hands or mussels
  5. Sprinkle with crushed cocoa beans, then flatten the cookies in the center with a spoon
  6. Cook for 15 minutes

Oat cookies with hemp seeds and banana

Ingredients (for 7/8 cookies)

  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons  Prozis oatmeal
  • 1 C. tablespoons  hemp protein
  • 1 organic egg
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 3 c. tablespoons  extra virgin coconut oil , melted
  • 1 C. tablespoons of  hemp seeds , shelled
  • 1 C. tablespoons  maple syrup Prozis

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C
  2. Mix oatmeal and hemp protein
  3. Cut half of a banana into very thin slices and add to the mixture
  4. Add egg, maple syrup and coconut oil, then mix with fork until smooth and until banana is completely crushed
  5. Cover a baking sheet with baking paper. Place the mixture on it (measuring about one tablespoon per cookie), then, shape the cookies into a circle shape (or any other shape of your choice) using the hands or mussels
  6. Place a slice of banana in the center of each cookie and sprinkle with hemp seeds
  7. Flatten cookies in the center with a spoon
  8. Cook for 15 minutes
